Reservation payment

The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% (bank trasfer) of the total amount of the stay . The down payment, will not be refunded in case of cancellation after the terms specified below or in case of no-show.The balance of the reservation must be paid at arrival. Payment methods accepted: Credit card (Visa - Diners-Mastercard) and cash.

Cancellation policy

If the cancellation is communicated 14 days before the arrival date (indicated in the letter of confirmation), the paid deposit will be refunded deducted € 30,00 of fixed charges. After 14 days, the entire deposit will be retained.
